摘要
本文研究了用新显色剂2,6-二溴-4-氨磺酰基苯基重氮氨基偶氮苯(DBSDAA)光度测定镍(Ⅱ)的高灵敏方法.在TritonX-100存在下,于pH10.3的硼砂—氢氧化钠介质中,镍与该试剂生成1:2的稳定红色配合物,最大吸收波长位于535nm处,摩尔吸光系数为1.59×10~5.镍(Ⅱ)浓度在0~6μg/25ml范围内符合比尔定律.方法用于铝合金和煤矸石中微量镍测定,结果满意.
A highly sensitive method for the spectrophotometric determination of nickel(Ⅱ) using 1, 6-dibromo-4-sulfamoylbenzenediazoaminoazobenzene and TritonX-100 is proposed. In buffer solution (Na2B4O7-NaOH) at pH10.3 and in the presence of TritonX-100, nickel (Ⅱ) with the reagent form a stable red complex in which the molar ratio of Ni f R is 1 : 2. The complex exhibits maximum absorption at 515nm with a molar absorptivity of 1.59×105L mol-1 cm-1. Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0-6 ugNi(Ⅱ)/25ml. The method has been applied to determine nickel (Ⅱ) in aluminium alloy and gangue with satisfactory results.
