摘要
本文研究了用氨三乙酸作活化剂,锰(Ⅱ)催化高碘酸钾氧化次甲基蓝褪色的新指示反应.该法具有一定的选择性,方法的检出限为0.26ng/ml,线性范围为10~100ng/25ml.不经分离可直接用于饮用水及精镁中锰的测定.
A new catalytic spactrophotoinetric mathod for determining trace Mn has been described. The method is based on the oxidation of nuthylene blue with potassium periodate using manganese as a catalyst and nitrilo triacetic acid as an activator. The detection limit of Mn is 0.26ng/ml. The linear range of determination is 10-100ng/2Sml for manganese. The method has been used to determine tra.ce Mn in tap water and pure magnisium.
