采用一阶导数光谱法测定了硫酸阿托品眼膏中硫酸阿托品的含量。本法可消除基质的干扰，不经分离，直接测定。方法简便，结果准确，易于推广应用。
s The contents of atropine sulfate in atropine sulfate eye ointments havebeen determined by means of first derivative spectrophotometry. This method can getrid of disturbanee of base substanee and the samples can be deteimined directly with-out separation. So,it is a simple,convenient and reliable method.
