用分光光度法测定对氨基酚 被引量:1

Datermination of P-aminophenol with Spectrophotometry

摘要 本文研究了在少量FeCl_3的存在下,当溶液的pH=11~13时,对氨基酚与次氯酸钠及苯氧负离子的氧化偶合反应,结果表明,反应所生成的有色化合物在λ=632nm处有最大吸收,且表观摩尔吸光系数ε_(632)=4.O×10~4L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1). The oxidative coupling reaction of p-aminophenol with sodium hypochlorite and phenoxide has been studied under the condition of pH=11-13 and tiny FeCl3 exists in this system. It shows,the colour compound has an absorption peak at 632 nm and the apparent molar absorptivity was found to-be 4. 0×104 L/mol-1·cm-1.
