孔雀石绿消毒中华鳖使用浓度和作用时间的研究初报 被引量:2

摘要 养殖池水含孔雀石绿4~6ppm,作用时间30分钟,可杀灭养殖池水中82%~83%的细菌,养殖的中华鳖未见异常损伤;孔雀石绿0.2~1;5ppm浓度24小时至120小时浸泡甲鱼,可抑制水霉的生长。文中还介绍了生产中常用浓度。 This paper investigates the concentration and time of Malachite Green sterilizing A. sinesis. The resuIt shows :most of Bacteria was killed in 4~6ppm Malachite Greensolution for 30min. and all saprolegniineae was inhibited in 0.2~1.5ppm for 24 hours.
