摘要
目的:探讨脑胶质瘤术中置管后装治疗技术的可行性及近期疗效。方法:初发脑胶质瘤患者10例,在 尽可能切除肿瘤后将后装管在直视下植入肿瘤组织内或瘤床内,完成后装治疗后再行颅外照射,其中8例高级别胶 质细胞瘤同时行静脉化疗。结果:10例均完成治疗。随访2-6个月,2例额叶累及胼胝体胶质瘤患者部分反应(PR) 及1例累及额下回后部残留灶患者全部反应(CR),另7例全切患者无复发灶。术前、术后karnofsky行为评分无明显 变化。无急性放射性脑坏死。结论:脑胶质瘤术中置管后装治疗技术切实可行,并能获得良好的近期疗效。
Objective: To explore availability and efficacy of intraoperative afterloading implanted in patients with gliomas. Methods: Ten patients with initial gliomas underwent surgical resection and intraoperative afterloading implant, then shine-therapy had been delivered to the tumor volume. Eight cases of them received vein chemotherapy. Results: All 10 patients had undergone treatment protocols and 2 to 6 months follow-up period. Two cases habouring frontal lobe and callous corpus tumor achieved partial relapse and one with frontal-tempral glioblastoma involving Broca area obtained complete relapse. Seven patients with total resection had no evidence of recurrence. Karnofsky perfomance status had been sustained before and after treatment. No acute radio-derived brain necrosis had been investigated. Conclusion: Intraoperative implant brachytherapy could be used safely and gained excellent short term results in the initial treatment of patients with gliomas.
