摘要 采用道化学危险指数法对油库的火灾、爆炸危险性进行了分析。选取油库最具代表性的原油储罐区和原油泵房为分析单元 ,得出其初期计算结果的危险等级都为“高”,补偿计算结果的危险等级都降为“较低”。这说明油库所计算单元在采取安全措施和预防手段的条件下 ,危险等级大大降低 ,达到可以接受的程度。利用 DNV公司的SAFETI软件对油库可能发生的重大事故进行了仿真模拟研究 ,得出了事故可能影响的范围和结果 ,同时提出了危险削减措施。根据油库事故的历史数据 ,事故类型选用了原油储罐以及原油管线泄漏。 This paper is concerned with a discussion on the safety control technology in large-scale tank sites in accordance with the basic technological trends and safety situations by taking an Oil Warehouse as the background of our case study. By using the method of DOW's Hazard Index Method for fire and explosion hazard analysis in the Oil Warehouse, the authors of this paper have chosen crude oil tank and crude oil pump shelter, as the two most typical cases prone to cause fire accidents. In light of fire accident analysis, the primary analysis results indicate that the hazardous units to get fire are oil warehouses and oil tanks; the comprehensive calculation results, however, indicate that the high hazard “grade” of these units can be “lowered”. The above situations show that when safety-ensuring and prevention measures are sufficiently provided for the Oil Warehouse, the hazard grades can be reduced to an acceptable degree. In spite of these, some more safety measures are to be put forward to ensure the security of oil warehouse in accordance with the actual situations of the individual oil warehouses. By means of SAFETI software of DNV Company to simulate the possible large accidents with oil warehouses, on the basis of analysis of some more accidents taking placed in the safety history, crude oil tank and crude oil pipeline leakage are chosen as the typical cases of simulated accidents. The results and possible influencing scopes of the accidents are also deduced with well-thought- off hazard reducing measures introduced.
