摘要
将光纤光栅封装于一种有机聚合物基底中,制成温敏元件,测量了20~100℃不同温度下光纤光栅的反射谱。由于基底材料的带动作用,封装后的光纤光栅温度灵敏度为83.07×10^(-6)/℃,是相应裸光纤光栅的12.3倍。
Temperature sensor is studied using a fiber Bragg grating fixed on polymer substrate.The wavelengths of reflected light from fiber Bragg gratings are measured in the temperature range from 2CTC to 100□.By driving effect of the polymer substrate, the temperature sensitivity was 83.07×10-6/□, that is 12.3 times as that of a bare fiber grating.
