摘要
首先对动力总成悬置的理想动特性进行了阐述,分析了橡胶悬置、液压悬置的动特性,比较两者的隔振特性。其次,对半主动和主动控制式悬置结构及工作原理进行了描述。最后,提出了应用CAD技术进行悬置的前期优化设计。
Firstly, this paper focused on ideal dynamic characteristics of poweplant mount and analyzed the different vibration isolation performances of rubber mount and hydraulic mount. Later on, we paid more attention to the structures and principles of semi-active control and active control mount. At last, we strongly believe that a technology, called CAD, is supposed to be used during the optimization design of powerplant mount.
