摘要
本文对聚乙烯蜡(PEW)在不同溶剂中的溶解度、溶解时间和残留率进行了研究,确定了PEW分级精制体系,并应用该体系对HDPE(5000S)副产物进行了分级精制。通过对分级精制样的红外吸收光谱、酸值、熔点(熔融范围)、平均分子量和白度测定结果表明,该体系是完全能够达到分级精制目的的。
In this paper, the solubility, solution time and remaining percentage of Polyethylene wax (PEW) in different solvents were studied. And the system of fractionation and purification about PEW was defined. By use of this system the by-product of HDPE(5000S) were fractioned and purified. By means of determination for fractionation and purification samples on IR 、acid value、melting point(melting range)、average molecular weight and whiteness degree, we know that this system can be used carrying out the goal of fractionation and purification completely.
