摘要
针对我国建设工程计价模式现状 ,结合工程量清单计价规范 ,分别从定价原则、造价构成、计价过程等方面 ,就清单计价与定额计价的异同进行了分析 ,指出清单计价在我国还需要一个适应和完善的过程。
According to present project-pricing mode in our country and codes of engineering bill pricing the similarities and differences between engineering bill pricing and fixed quota pricing are analyzed from pricing principle, components of cost and other aspects. Author points out that the pricing mode based upon engineering quantity list needs an adaptive and perfect process in China.
