摘要
针对中、小规模需氢用户的增加,介绍了甲醇蒸汽转化配变压吸附分离制氢新技术的工艺原理和技术特点;分别对工艺原料、动力消耗、环保达标情况进行了阐述。结果表明,该工艺在制得99.99%氢气的同时,还可以得到食品级二氧化碳。
In allusion to the increase of middle and small scale hydrogen demand users, the process principle and technical characteristic were introduced for the new technology in which the hydrogen is produced by steam reformation of methanol in complementation with pressure vanation adsorption and separation, description was made respectively for situations of process raw material, power consumption, and reaching standard of environment protection. The result indicates while the hydrogen gas with a concentration of 99.99% is produced, the food class of carbon dioxide can be also obtained.
