由能量原理计算圆管中管柱蛇曲时的变形 被引量:1

摘要 为了计算管柱变形,并确定管柱上任意点在井筒中的精确位置,通过能量原理、正弦曲线弧长与弦长的关系及其椭圆积分等基本知识,建立了管柱蛇曲 (即:正弦屈曲 )时考虑自重、压力、摩擦力及摩阻共同作用下的变形计算方法.得出了管柱的蛇曲幅度与管柱沿井筒轴线方向的位移之间的关系;并给出了求解问题的具体计算方法、步骤和注意事项.依此可以更精确地确定出管柱在井筒中的精确位置. 并对实例的计算结果与现场实测情况比较,具有良好的一致性. In order to calculate the deformation of the pipe and confirm the exact location of random point in the well, the basic knowledge is used, such as energy principle, the relation between the arc length and the chord length of sine curve as well as its ellipse integral. Basing on the knowledge above, the calculating method of deformation under the combined effect of deadweight, pressure, friction and block is established when the sine flexure of the pipe takes place, moreover, the relation between the sine flexure range of pipe and the displacement along the axes of the well is obtained in this paper. In addition, the detailed calculating method, steps and the noticeable points are presented. According to these, the exact location of pipe in the well can be confirmed more precisely. Comparing the calculating result of the example in this paper with the measure on the spot, we find that they coincide very well.
