摘要
文学语言的意义是指义性与审美性的统一,其审美性体现在自指性、曲指性与虚指性三个方面。文章从文学语言审美特性的这三个方面探讨了文学作品中语言审美性的具体翻译情形,旨在为文学翻译与文学翻译批评提供可资借鉴的视角。
The meaning of literary language is a unity of its referentiality and aesthetics, and its aesthetics finds expres- sion in three such dimensions as self-referentiality, indirect referentiality and pseudo-referentiality. Based on the three aesthetic dimensions for a literary language, this paper makes a tentative study of the reproduction of aesthet- ics for a literary language in its English version in order to provide some analytical perspectives for literary trans- lators as well as literary translation criticism.
