摘要
论述了余江县城建设中理水的必要性、可行性及重要意义 ,通过分析余江县城自然、人文、历史地理条件 ,提出了有针对性的理水方略 ,化害为利 ,构筑水网 ,营建余江水网城市 .
This paper discusses the importance, necesity and fe as ibility of bringing water under control in the construction of Yujiang county. By analyzing nature, humanities, history and geography of Yujiang county, the pap er also puts forward a method which can turn disadvantages into advantages and b uild water nets. Then Yujiang water nets city will be formed.
