摘要
本文利用乙醇作为内标对结晶紫进行了定量分析,对最佳溶胶粒度进行了选择,并使结晶紫的检测限降至5×10^(-12)mol/l,实验中还对 KCl、乙醇等对溶胶粒度的影响进行了研究,并讨论了溶剂极性对 SERS 谱带频率的影响。通过1620cm^(-1)苯环伸缩振动频率的位移现象对结晶紫的吸附取向进行了初步探讨。
In this paper,we measured the intensities of SERS bands in terms of a cho- sen reference line of ethanol at 883.8cm^(-1) for quantitatively analysising crystal violet. The best SERS active Ag sols were chosen and provided crystal violet detection limits of 5×10^(12)mol/L.The effect of KCI and ethanol on Ag sols and of solvent polarity on the frequencies of SERS bands were studied.The adsorption orientation of crystal violet was discussed according to frequency shift of 1620 cm^1 band.
