摘要
气体端面密封试验台由传动系统、润滑系统、供气系统以及测量系统组成。考虑到气膜厚度的变化对密封稳定性等密封性能的影响很大 ,重点对气膜厚度的测量进行了介绍。
Experimental system of dry gas seal consists of driving system, lubricating system, gas supply system, and measuring system. Think of that the change of thickness of gas film would affect seal performance severely, the method of measuring thickness of gas film was mainly introduced.
