摘要
在对福州市已建二环路的交通现状、道路功能、现状道路网交通流量、平均车速等调查分析的基础上,研究了二环路的通行能力和已建二环路交通整治所可能采取的措施,包括道路交叉口渠化、建立二环线控系统、交通管理政策、部分路口立交的工程方案等。最后,通过分析交通整治后的效果,结合交通量发展预测,分析了交通整治所能适应的年份,试图为政府部门和城市建设的决策提供科学依据。
The traffic capacity of No. 2 ring road of Fuzhou city is analyzed through the detailed survey of the current traffic situations, such as road function, traffic volume of the road network and average speed. Further more, a series of measures like intersection channelization, the installation of the signal control system, the adjustment of the correspondent policy and road grade separation projects at some intersections, are proposed and implemented based on above research. Finally, by evaluating the effects of these transportation improvement countermeasures and estimating the valid life of this improvement project through the future traffic volume forecast, this research is intended to provide an academic basis for the government policy decision on the city construction.
