摘要
目的:有关运动性疲劳的理论一直是运动医学领域研究的热点,特别是对运动性疲劳产生机制的研究,国内外已有大量的报道,文章仅从氧自由基脂质过氧化的理论角度,对运动性疲劳的产生机制作一综述,为运动性疲劳的产生与消除提供理论依据。资料来源:应用计算机检索Medline1980-01/2004-04期间的相关文章,检索词“sportsfatigue,freeradical,并限定文章语言种类为英文。同时手工/计算机检索中国CNKI期刊全文数据库和重庆维普全文数据库1989/2003期间的文章,检索词“运动,氧自由基,脂质过氧化,运动性疲劳”限定文章语言种类为中文。资料选择:对资料进行初审,选择与氧自由基有关的运动性疲劳的研究原著文章,排除综述和重复研究。资料提炼:有12篇中文文献和11篇英文文献纳入标准。3篇文章讨论了运动性疲劳的产生,4篇讨论了运动性疲劳的消除,其余5篇讨论了运动性疲劳的病理生理变化。11篇英文资料均对运动、自由基和肌肉疲劳作了相关讨论。资料综合:急性运动和力竭运动都可以导致内源性氧自由基生成增多,脂质过氧化反应增强,导致细胞膜流动性下降,细胞膜的完整性和通透性下降,最终诱发疲劳的产生。结论:氧自由基脂质过氧化反应与运动性疲劳的发生密切相关,将活性氧、运动性疲劳和细胞凋亡有机的结合起来。
OBJECTIVE:Sports fatigue theory is always the research focus in the field of sports medicine,especially the research on its mechanism has largely been reported in domestic and foreign studies.The aim of this study is to review the mechanism of sports fatigue from the view of free radical lipid peroxidation theory in order to provide theoretical evidences for the development and elimination of sports fatigue.DATA SOURCES:The relevant articles to sports fatigue between January 1980 and April 2004 were searched for in Medline by inputting the key words“sports fatigue,free radical' in English into the computer.Meanwhile,the relevant articles from 1989 to 2003 were searched for in China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI) and Chongqing Weipu Fulltext Database with the key words “sports,oxgen free raclical,lipid peroxidation,sports fatigue' in Chinese manually or by using the computer. STUDY SELECTION:After primary lookthrough for the data,the original articles about the study on sports fatigue related to oxygen free radicals were included,and those about review and repetitive studies were excluded.DATA EXTRACTION:Totally 12 literatures in Chinese and 11 in English met the inclusion criteria.Of the 12 Chinese articles,3 were about the development of sports fatigue,4 about the elimination of sports fatigue and the rest 5 about pathophysiological changes of sports fatigue.The 11 English articles were about the relationships among sports,free radicals and muscular fatigue.DATA SYNTHESIS:The fast and exhausted sports could induce more endogenous oxygen free radicals,stronger lipid peroxidation,slower cell membrane fluidity,increasing integrity and permeability of cell membrane,and finally inducing the development of fatigue.CONCLUSION:The free radical lipid peroxidation is associated closely with the development of sports fatigue.If active oxygen,sports fatigue and cell apoptosis can be combined organically,there will be wide prospect for the topic on the mechanism of sports fatigue at a genetic level.
