摘要 目的:论述运动、谷氨酰胺与免疫之间的相互关系,以及在运动应激等情况下,补充谷氨酰胺对机体的免疫系统和运动能力的影响,阐明了谷氨酰胺与运动及机体免疫力之间存在着某种内在联系。资料来源:应用计算机检索Medline数据库1980-01/2003-12期间的相关文章,检索词glutamine,exercise,immunity,限定文章语言种类为英文。同时计算机检索中国期刊全文数据库、万方数据库1990-01/2003-12期间的相关文章,检索词谷氨酰胺,运动,免疫,限定文章语言种类为中文。资料选择:对资料进行初审,选取关于谷氨酰胺与运动、免疫关系的文献,所选择的文献为研究原著,排除综述和Meta分析,对剩余的文献开始查找全文。资料提炼:共收集到30篇关于谷氨酰胺与运动、免疫关系的随机和未随机试验。资料综合:短时间力竭运动导致血浆谷氨酰胺浓度上升,而长时间、过度训练导致血浆谷氨酰胺浓度下降,淋巴细胞、巨噬细胞的免疫功能依赖于体内谷氨酰胺的水平,长时间、过度训练后期,可以导致机体免疫力下降,其原因与血浆谷氨酰胺含量下降有关。另外补充外源性谷氨酰胺有助于提高机体的免疫功能和抗氧化能力,这对于延缓疲劳的产生,促进机体的恢复有一定意义。结论:谷氨酰胺与运动及机体的免疫力之间存在着某种内在联系。 OBJECTIVE:To discuss the interrelationship among exercise,glutamine and immunity,investigate the effect of glutamine supplement on immune system of body and motor ability in case of exercise stress,and clarify that there is some relationship between glutamine,exercise and immunity of body. DATA SOURCES:An online search of Medline database was undertaken by using the keywords of “glutamine,exercise,immunity' to identify the relevant articles published in English from January 1980 to December 2003.Meanwhile,Chinese journals full-text database and wanfang database were scanned with computer to search relevant articles published from January 1990 to December 2003,the keywords were “glutamine, exercise,immunity' with language limited to Chinese. STUDY SELECTION:After the above search, the original works about the relation among exercise,glutamine and immunity were selected,while reviews and Meta analysis were excluded,and then the full texts of the selected articles were searched. DATA EXTRACTION:A total of 30 randomized and non-randomized studies on the relation among exercise, glutamine and immunity were collected. DATA SYNTHESIS:The serum concentration of glutamine could be increased after exhausted exercise for a short time,but decreased after long-time over training.The immunological functions of lymphocyte and histocyte depended on the level of glutamine in vivo.At the end of long-time over training, the immunity of body would decline,which was related with the decrease of serum concentration of glutamine.The supplement of ectogenesis glutamine was helpful to improve the immunity function and antioxidation of body,which was of significance for postponing the occurrence of fatigue and promoting the recovery of body. CONCLUSION:There is some relationship between glutamine, exercise and immunity of body.Glutamine is a kind of important fuel of immunologic cells and intestine mucous membrane epithelial cells.Exercise has influence on the concentration of glutamine,which depends on the duration and intensity of exercise.
