摘要
目的:缺乏适度的运动对于人体会造成不利的影响,容易导致某些疾病,针对这些疾病人们应采取相应的措施。方法:文章对其中几种常见多发病与缺乏运动的关系予以简要总结,可采取运动疗法、饮食疗法、行为治疗、药物治疗等方法进行治疗。结果:通过适当的运动使消耗的热量大于摄取的热量,增强脂肪动员和氧化供能能力,促进三酰甘油的分解,使脂肪减少。可增强循环系统功能和调整血脂代谢。可延缓骨质疏松、脱钙等老化现象,增强关节韧性、弹性和灵活性。可改善糖和脂肪代谢,降低血糖和尿糖。结论:人类的正常生活离不开各种各样的活动。适当的体育活动对于人体的健康有很多益处。
AIM:Lack of temperate exercise is not good for human body,and can result in some diseases,so homologous measures should be adopted aiming at these diseases. METHODS:This paper briefly summarized the correlation between several commonly encountered diseases and exercise deficiency,which could be treated with exercise therapy,dietetic therapy,behavior therapy and drug therapy. RESULTS:Temperate exercise could result in more consumed calorie than the intakes,reinforcement of fat mobilization and ability of oxidative energy supply,promoting decomposition of triacylglycerol(TG),and then led to the reduce of fat.Temperate exercise could enhance the function of circulatory system and adjusted metabolism of blood lipid;it could also postpone the aging manifestations of osteoporosis and decalcification,increase the ductility,elasticity and flexibility of joint;as well as ameliorate metabolism of glucose and fat,and reduce blood glucose and urine sugar. CONCLUSION:Normal daily life of human should not be absent from all kinds of exercise,and temperate physical exercise does many advantages to the health of human body.
