摘要
介绍了自行组装的实验装置,采用砷化氢分离、次溴酸钠水溶液吸收、砷钼蓝分光光度法测钨矿中砷量,并考察了砷化氢发生、分离的最佳酸度,显色反应的适宜条件,以及共存离子的干扰,提出了相关的实验条件,建立了分析方法。结果表明,在选定的最佳条件下测定,25mL溶液中,砷的质量在0~50μg范围内符合比尔定律,相对标准偏差为1 32%,加标回收率在95%~105%之间。将方法应用于钨矿中砷的测定,结果满意。
For determination of arsenic content in tungsten mine, a method, adopting to separate hydrogen-arsenide, which absorbed by sodium hypobromate solution, and determining arsenic by arsenic-molybdenum blue spectrophotometry was introduced. The optimal conditions were investigated. Results showed that under the optimal conditions, Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0-50 μg/25 mL for arsenic. The relative standard deviation is 1.32%, and the recovery is in the range of 95%-105%. This method has been applied to the determination of arsenic in tungsten mine with satisfactory results.
