摘要
本文首次提出了一种利用低频全息光栅精确测量光学系统焦距的新方法,并分析了测量误差。这种方法适用于各种对称和非对称光学系统(如球面、二次非球面、柱面和轮胎面等)焦距的精密测量。
A new technique of measuring the focal length of an optical system by lowerfrequencyusing holographic grating has been proposed, a spherical and a cylinderical lenses aremeasured and the errors of the measurement has been analyzed. The method can be used tomeasure the focal lengths of symmetrical and asymmetrical optical systems.
