论述了关于城市建设文化的见解 ,就如何提高城市建设文化品位 ,从建设“山水城市”、“园林城市”等方面提出了看法 ,力求开阔城市建设发展思路。
According to some understandings about urban construction culture are elaborated as well as personal viewpoints on how to improve cultural quality in urban construction and broaden decision makers’ vision.
