茶油对正常成人血脂影响的研究 被引量:42

摘要 将120名实验对象随机分为三组,分别每天食用茶油、调和油和市售油50g/d。实验对象膳食保证能量摄入为RDA90%以上,其中脂肪供能约占总能量的30%。经40天实验后,富含饱和脂肪酸的市售油组血TG浓度比实验前升高,差异有极显著意义(P<0.01),三项胆固醇指标差异均无显著性(P>0.05);调和油组血TC、HDL-C及LDL-C浓度均下降,差异有极显著意义(P<0.01),与其富含多不饱和脂肪酸有关;茶油组血TG、TC、LDL-C浓度均下降,差异有极显著意义(P<0.01),HDL-C略上升,差异无显著性。茶油的这些效应与其富含单不饱和脂肪酸有关,有利于预防心血管硬化性疾病,应加以开发利用。 One hundred and twenty normal adults of three groups were given 50 grams of tea seed oil, Formula oil and commercial oil per day respectively. Energy intakes of the subjects were above 90% of RDA, and the energy intake from fat were about 30% of total energy during the experimental period. After 40 days, serum TG increased significantly in commercial oil group rich in saturated fatty acid (P<0.01), but concentration of serum cholesterol changed slightly-, serum levels of TC, HDL-C and LDL-C in Formula oil group were decreased significantly due to the effect of mixed oil rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids. Concentration of TG, TC and LDL-C of the subjects taking tea seed oil rich in monounsaturated fatty acids decreased significantly and concentration of serum HDL-C increased slightly. These results suggested that it was worthy of further study and utilization of the tea seed oil to prevent coronary heart disease.
