毛细管电泳分离DNA片段的研究

Separation of DNA fragment by capillary electrophoresis

摘要 以羟丙甲基纤维素作为筛分介质,37cm×75μm涂层石英毛细管,在 7 kv电压下,毛细管电泳分离了 φ174 DNA/HaeⅢ Markers. Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose(HPMC) was used as separation medium, under constant voltage of 7 kv, φ174 DNA/HaeⅢ Markers were separated successfully within coated capillary of 37 cm × 75 μm by capillary electrophoresis.
