摘要
甘肃棘豆粉乙醇热回流 ,回收溶剂后 ,用 1mol/lHCl酸化 ,抽滤 ,滤渣用石油醚萃取 ,回收石油醚 ,得到石油醚萃取部位。取该部位硅胶层析柱 ,先用石油醚 ,石油醚∶氯仿 (v/v) 5 0∶1、30∶1、2 0∶1、15∶1、10∶1、8∶1、5∶1、2∶1、1∶4 ,氯仿洗脱 ,每 2 0ml收集一份。再用氯仿∶乙酸乙酯 (v/v ) 10∶1、1∶1,乙酸乙酯洗脱 ,每 4 0ml收集一份 ,共收集 5 85份 ,TLC检测 ,合并相同部分。石油醚萃取部位作GC -MS ,显示有 93种化合物 ,确认了 18种化合物的结构 ,其中酯 13种 ,烷烃 3种 ,羧酸
Oxytropis kansuensis Bunge powder was refluxed in alcohol, the residue following evaporated of the alcohol was dissolved in 1 mol/l HCl and filtered. The filter residue was extracted with petroleum and concentrated to afford the extractive position of petroleum. Applied the position to a silica gel column, at first eluted with petroleum, petroleum:chloroform (v/v= 50∶1,30∶1,20∶1,15∶1,10∶1,8∶1,5∶1,2∶1,1∶4), and chloroform, collected 20 ml/fraction. Second eluted with chloroform: ethyl acetate (v/v=10∶1,1∶1), and ethyl acetate, collected 40 ml/fraction.585 fractions were collected under monitored by TLC. Incorporated the same fraction. Analysed the extractive position of petroleum with GC-MS to find 93 components, in which the structure of 13 esters, 3 alkanes and 2 carboxylic acids were defined.
