摘要
研究了乳粉中丙硫咪唑、噻苯咪唑、苯硫咪唑、噻苯咪唑酯、苯亚砜苯咪唑等五种苯并咪唑类药物液相色谱测定方法。乳粉中苯并咪唑类药物残留经碱性乙酸乙酯提取,WatersOasisHLB 固相萃取柱净化,以CloversilC18柱为固定相,甲醇和0.02mol/LKH2PO4为流动相,紫外检测器下测定。该法检出限为0 020mg/kg,添加标准0.10mg/kg的回收率为71%～90%。
The method for the determination of benzimidazoles veterinary drug residues in milk powder, including oxfendazole, thiabendazole, cambendazole, albendazole, fenbendazole was studied. Residues were extracted from milk powder with basic ethyl acetate, purified by Waters Oasis HLB~ SPE column, analysed by LC on a column (250 mm×4.6 mm i.d.) of Cloversil C_(18) ODS with 0.02 mol/L KH_2PO_4-methanol as mobile phase (1.0 mL/min), and detection at 292 nm. Detection limit was 0.020 mg/kg. The reoveries at the 0.10 (mg/kg) level were in the range of 71%～90%.
