摘要
以丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸和3-丙烯酰胺基丙基二甲基氯化铵为原料,以水作溶剂,选用氧化还原引发体系,合成了一种新型含阳离子多元共聚物降失水剂。探讨了用共聚物处理的泥浆性能对合成条件的依赖性,初步评价了该共聚物的降失水能力及防塌效果。实验结果表明,所合成的含阳离子共聚物防塌、抗盐、抗温能力强,在淡水、盐水和人工海水泥浆中均具有良好的降失水作用。
In this paper 3-acrylamidopropylbimethylammonium chloride/acrylamide/acrylic acid (APDAC/AM/AA) copolymer is synthesized by polymerization in aqueous solution. The variables of the synthesis are investigated in relation to properties of the mud treated by the copolymer samples obtained. The polymer synthesized in optimum conditions is shown to be a good filtrate-loss controller for drilling muds. With 0.3% copolymer the filtrate losses of fresh and salt water muds are decreased to less than 10ml while their viscosity-yield characteristics are enhanced. Introducing 40% NaCl or 25% CaSO_4·H_2O into fresh water mud or thermal aging of the treated mud at 30—210℃ over 16hrs lead to no significant change in its filtrate-loss controlling capacity. This copolymer is also inhibitory as assessed in drilling cutting recovery experiment.
