调剖剂对多孔介质的封堵行为研究 被引量:4

A LABORATORY STUDY ON WATER-PLUGGING PERFORMANCE OF PROFILE-CONTROLLERS IN POROUS MEDIA

摘要 我国现有的调剖剂可分为单液法和双液法两大类。本文采用岩心流动实验装置。考察了现场常用的单液法、双液法两大类共4种调剖剂对不同渗透率岩心的封堵强度、封堵效率和封堵有效期。根据实验结果提出了各类调剖剂的适用范围。 Four aqueous profile-controllers(PCs)of different type are used in this laboratory experimental study based on simulating core tests: poly(acrylamide/methylene-bicacryl-amide) [P(AM/mBAM)]-resorcinolformaldehyde resine gelling PC and in-situ polymerizable acrylamide gelling PC of single-liquid(SL)type, P(AM/MBAM)-alum gelling PC and Na_2SiO_3-CaCl_2 precipitating PC of double-liquid (DL)type. It is shown that; ①the gelling PCs of SL type have notably higher standard breakthrough pressure and water-plugging capacity and are suitable for use in low-permeable strata; ② the PCs of DL types are more adaptable to permeability variation and to be used in strata of higher permeability;③polymer PCs gelled in porous media are more erosion resistant;④the precipited PC from DL system Na_2SiO_3-CaCl_2 is less plugging-capacible and the plugs formed are less erosion resistant. Combinations of inorganic precipitating systems with polymers would be an expecting alternative type of PCs.
