摘要
以沈阳油田沈84块开发试验区为例,阐述了井下热水循环集输工艺流程的要点、主要工艺参数、井下管柱结构;并谈了安全生产措施及几点认识。实践表明,对于开采难度大的稠油、高凝油油田,采用井下热水循环工艺是一项行之有效的工艺技术。
Taking developing test area of Shen84 block Shenyang Oilfield as an example, this article shows the main points of the gathering and transferring process flow of downhole hot water circulation, the technology parameters and the downhole string structures, discusses safety measures and some new undevrstandings. Practice shows that it is effective to apply this technology to heavy oil, high pour point oilfoeld extration.
