ON THE INTERFACIAL TENSIONS BETWEEN KEROSENE AND PETROLEUM SULFONATE/LIGNOSULFONATE SOLUTIONS

摘要 本文以石油磺酸盐(PS)、木质素磺酸盐(LS)和煤油体系为对象,研究了PS/LS比、盐度、醇、Na_2SiO_3及聚合物对体系界面张力(IFT)的影响,探讨了PS与各组分间的相互作用,结果发现,在一定盐度和混合醇(正丁醇+异丙醇)浓度下,PS/LS>0.3/0.7时,体系可形成中相微乳液,IFT值达1×10^(-3)mN/m左右;LS和聚合物的存在使IFT升高;在表面活性剂驱油体系中,可用廉价的LS部分代替PS。 The interfacial tensions(IFT) between kerosene and mixed surfactant solutions of petroleum sulfoaate(PS)and lignosulfonate(LS) containing mixed(n-butyl and i-propyl)alcohols, Na_2SiO_3, polymer, and NaCl are studied experimentally.It is shown that middle phase microemulsions are formed for the systems containing 0.2% Na_2SiO_3 and 6% mixed alcohols in ratio 1:1 with concentration ratio PS/LS> 0.3%/0.7% and total salinity 6000-11000 mg/l; increasing PS concentration with total concentration of PS + LS kept constant, 1.0%, leads to decreasing middle phase volume and increasing IFT; the system gives minimum in IFT,~1.1×10^(-2)mN/m, when ratio PS/LS is 0.5%/0.5% and salinity is optimal, 8000mg/l. No synergistic effect exists between PS and LS as evidenced by the fact that low IFT—1.0×10^(-2) mN/m is obtained with a similar system on single 0.5%PS. Introducing polymer(PAM, HPAM and Xanthan) into the systems causes IFT increasing.
