摘要
近年我国房地产业出现了有效需求不足和结构失衡等问题,这些导致了对商业银行房地产信贷影响加深、房地产信贷风险的局面,但若采取合理调控,房地产发展前景仍然广阔。
In recent years, there occurred in our real estate market deficient d emand and structure imbalance, with the result of the deepening influence on rea l estate credit from commercial banks and the risks on real estate credit. How ever, if regulated reasonably, the development of real estate will still have a bright future.
