摘要
本文从管理工作的意义、观念的转变等方面,论述了管理工作的重要性,提出了做好管理的具体意见,对于进一步搞好我院的“民主管理、科学管理、严格管理”具有较强的指导作用,同时,对中小学的管理工作具有一定的借鉴意义。
This paper mainly discusses the importance of the management work from such aspects as the meaning and conception of the management work, putting forward the measures of doing it well, which contributes a lot to the performing well of the work of ' domestic, scientific, and strict management' and meanwhile serves as the use of reference to the management work of primary and middle schools.
