This paper introduces design idea of a remote multimedia surveillance system of multi-process material handling system and its some methods of solution.There are six key phases:software design on multi-thread CIMS-ERC material handling system,synchronization and communicate,CIMS material handling step-up control system,information concretizations based on multi-thread,open on the remote monitoring and diagnosis,database technology based on Web,and safe on multimedia internet system.
