摘要
通过测定 Cu( Ⅱ) -茜素红 S-甲基紫 -聚乙烯醇三元配合物体系在凝胶状态下的吸光度而测定 Cu(Ⅱ )的含量 ,建立了凝胶法测定痕量 Cu( Ⅱ)的新方法。该法有较好的灵敏度和选择性、精密度可靠 ,可实际应用 ,结果令人满意。
A new method for the determination of trace copper by gel spectrophotometry is based on the absorption of copper-alizarin red S-methyl violet-polyvinyl alcohol in gel system.The method is simple and rapid.It has been applied to the sample analysis with satisfactory results.
