Correct decision-making is the precondition for the success of every task.We will perfect the decision-making mechanism that can study the conditions of the people and reflect their will,pool people's wisdom,cherish people's financial resources so as to promote the democratic and scientific decision-making.This is a requirement of our party for decision-making organs at different levels in the new era.
