摘要
目的:探讨非血管化髂骨游离移植在下颌骨缺损重建中的适应证及应用注意事项。方法:回顾性总结近年来我们使用传统的髂骨游离移植即时重建下颌骨缺损的7例患者情况及手术方法。结果:7例患者经1～5年的随诊与复查,功能与外形收到了令人满意的效果,X线检查提示,7例植入的髂骨依然可见或已被新骨替代。结论:非血管化髂骨移植,适用于下颌骨良性肿瘤切除术后长度小于6cm,单侧以及术前未经过放疗的某些低度恶性肿瘤,适用于无条件开展显微外科的基层医院或不能耐受长时间显微外科手术的患者,并且其快速简便,安全可靠,仍不失是一个理想的重建方法。
Objective To study the indication and the matters needing attention on non- revascularized iliac bone graft for mandible reconstruction. Methods: Between Nov. of 1998and Sept. of 2000, 7 cases using the traditional iliac bone free graft for mandible reconstruction were hospitalized, we review all the clinical materials of the cases, induding the general matters and the surgical process. Results: All grafts survived well without failure, and the function and esthetic is satisfactive. Conclusions: Non-revascularized iliac bone graft is appropriate for primary reconstucting of mandibular defect after oncologic surgery, particularlly the semi - mandibular defect length is smaller than 6cm, and some low-grade malignant tumour is already suitable.
