摘要
对转甜菜碱醛脱氢酶(BADH)基因水稻的32个品系在不同盐浓度胁迫下的分蘖成穗率、单株有效穗数、主茎穗长、每穗总粒数、每穗实粒数、结实率、千粒重等7个产量构成因素与单株籽粒产量的关系进行了多元统计分析。结果表明:在质量浓度为0.0,3.0,5.0g/L的NaCl胁迫下,单株有效穗数、每穗实粒数、千粒重3个产量因素与单株籽粒产量的偏回归关系均达到显著,而其它4个产量因素与单株籽粒产量的偏回归关系则未达到显著。7个产量构成因素对单株籽粒产量的直接效应大小随着盐胁迫浓度的变化而发生改变。
The relationship of thirty-two rice strains being changed to beet BADH gene in different salt concentration forces between the seven output composition elements of tillering and ear-forming ratio, valid mono-plant ear numbers, ear length of main stem, total grain number of every ear, actual grain number of every ear, seed ratio and kilo-grain weight and mono-plant grain output was analyzed plural-statistically. The results showed the obvious slanting regression relationship between valid mono-plant ear number, actual grain number of every ear, kilo-grain weight and mono-plant grain output under NaCl force in quality concentration of 0.0, 3.0 and 5.0 g/L but unobvious slanting regression relationship between the other four output elements and mono-plant grain output. The direct domino effect of seven output composition elements on mono-plant grain output changed with the change of salt force concentration.
