摘要
提出了棱台组合壳体整体无模胀形制造球形容器的新工艺,并经过多次实验探索选定了合理的壳体结构,应用弹塑性有限元法对该结构壳体的胀形过程进行了数值模拟,最后通过实验获得了成功。
The new technology of the dieless hydroforming of spherical vessels from combination frustum shells is put forward in the present paper,and on the basis of many investigation experiments, a closed shell with a proper structure is determined,and its hydrobulging process is simulated by means of elastoplastic finite element method,at last success is obtained through experiments.
