摘要
中老年在饮食中增加补钙食品的同时 ,若能经常在户外参加适量的体育活动 ,对其骨代谢产生良好的刺激作用 ,促进骨形成 ,减少骨钙流失 ,是预防骨质疏松的一种好方法。
It produces good effects of stimulation to the metabolism of bones that the middle-aged and the senior take the food with additional calcium in their diets while, simultaneously, taking proper outdoor exercises frequently. The promotion of bone formation and the decrease of the loss of bone calcium are the good methods of precautioning the loosening of bones.
