摘要
本文提出了含激光-DNA分子相互作用效应的运动方程,并用Melnikov方法和Lyapunov指数判别法,对其混沌行为进行了分析。最后指出,在激光的作用下,DNA分子系统可进入混沌状态。这一结果,将有助于对激光的生物遗传诱变效应的解释。
A set of motion equations of DNA molecule under the action of laser is suggested in this article. Its chaotic behavior has been analysed by means of the Melaikov method as well as Lyapunov exponent criterion. It is shown that the DNA molecule system can evolve into chaotic state under the action of laser. This result is helpful for the explanation of laser-induced effect of biological genetic variation.
