摘要
用改良的ASG法在野生一粒小麦(Triticumboeoticum)有丝分裂染色体上显示了清晰的G—带.比较分析了早中期、中期染色体的G—带核型.结果表明,早中期和中期染色体都显示了密切邻近的、细而分布相对均匀的多重的G—带带纹.同源染色体的带纹数目、分布位置和染色深浅基本一致,可以较准确地进行配对,中期各染色体的带纹数目均少于早中期相应染色体,减少程度基本一致.讨论了野生一粒小麦的G—显带技术及G—带的应用等问题.
Clear G-banding patterns have been obtained in the mitotic chromosome of Triticum bocoticumby the advanced ASG method. The G-banding patterns and their corresponding Raryotypes of prometaphareand metaphase chromosome were analysed comparatively. Multiple, closely adjarent, thin and relatively even G-bands were observed in prometaphase and metaphase chromosome. Tbe band numbers, position of band distri-bution and Staining degree between homologous clrromosomes were basically identical. Chromosome pairing forkaryoype analysis could be carried out more accurately. The band number of each metaphase chrornosome waslese than that of the corresponding prometaphaee chromune. And the degree of reduction was basically identi-cal. G-banding technique and the application of G-band were discussed.
