均匀设计法在建立负重轮温度特性拟合公式中的应用

摘要 本文采用均匀设计法设计了履带车辆负重轮橡胶轮缘的 2 4组不同参数的组合方案 ,建立了负重轮温度场有限元分析模型 ,用 ANSYS有限元分析软件计算了温度场分布 ,最后对橡胶轮缘的最高温度进行了多元线性回归 ,得到了橡胶轮缘的最高温度随 9个影响因素的拟合公式 .试验验证表明 。 In this paper 24 groups of different parameters schemes of road wheel's rubber flange were designed with uniform design method. Then the finite element analysis model of temperature field was established, and the temperature distribution was calculated with ANSYS finite element analysis software. Finally the multivariated. Linear regression was performed for the highest temperature of rubber flange, and the fitting formula with nine influence factors was obtained. The test verified that the fitting formula obtained is valuable.
