摘要
提出了一种对变频滚动转子压缩机容积效率进行频率修正的方法 ,校核结果表明该方法精度较高 ,能较大地提高变频压缩机模型的精度 ,尤其是在低频工况时的精度。
The relation between the volumetric efficiency and operation frequency is analyzed, and the result shows that the operation frequency influences volumetric efficiency greatly. A correction method of volumetric efficiency of rotary compressor is given out for the simulation of inverter air conditioner system, which can correct the volumetric efficiency value under different operation frequencies. The calculation result shows that this correction method has a satisfying precision, and compared to the results of conventional method, the inverter compressor model is improved greatly, especially under low frequency condition.
