摘要
本文采用阶梯型试样、定量金相等试验和分析技术研究了 Al、V含量对奥氏体再结晶组织状态的影响 ,研究结果表明 :在低温时 ( 850℃ )因 V的析出使再结晶临界变形量增大、再结晶临界温度升高 ,在温度大于 1 0 0 0℃、变形量超过 3 0 %以后才能达到完全再结晶。最佳的 Al含量得到良好的再结晶组织状态 ,基本在950℃、3 0
This artice makes a study of the effect of Al、V content on structural condition of austenitic recrystallization by means of such testing and Onalysis technology as stepped test piece,quantitative metallograph,etc.the study result shows that at low temperature(850℃),precipitation of V results in great amount of critical deformation in critical temperature rise in recrystallization,at temperature above 1 000℃,it is not untill deformed amount exceeds 30% that complete recrystallization can be obtained.optimal Al content produces excellent recrystallized,structural condition,Basically,Complete recrystallization can be obtained at 950℃and 30% of deformed amount.
