摘要
采用扫描电镜,观察了蔗渣原样和膨化后蔗渣在不同条件下白腐菌作用过程中蔗渣微观结构的变化,菌丝的形状及其在植物内部的生长蔓延情况。观察结果表明,白腐菌HG-X03对蔗渣木素的降解首先在纤维的胞间层,使纤维本身在保持基本完整的状态下彼此分离;与蔗渣原样相比,膨化后的蔗渣采用白腐菌处理,白腐菌生长、繁衍速度快。
Bagasse and pre swollen bagasse were separately treated with white rot fungus HG X03 under various conditions. Samples were taken during the course of the fungus biodegradation and studied under a scanning electronic microscope for changes in the micro structures of the bagasse. The conditions of the fungi and their multiplication within the bagasse were also examined. Observation results revealed that: (1)The laminae between fibres was attacked by the white rot fungi resulting in the separation of the fibers, which were seen to be relatively intact. (2) Fungi appeared to multiply at a faster rate in non swollen bagasse compared with un pretreated bagasse.
