摘要
对辣椒材料Yolo wonder×perennial的F1代花培加倍的DH群体与甜椒雄性不育系77013A的测交后代进行了育性恢复调查。调查方法是将花粉育性程度分为0~5级,并测定每两朵花的花粉数目和测交株的单株种子数目来表示育性恢复程度。结果表明,118株测交单株中,花粉育性为0的有2株,0~1的有7株,1~2的有9株,2~3的有30侏,3~4的有53侏,为4的有4株。显微镜检表明,花粉数目为0的植侏很少,多数的为每2朵花90~130×10。粒,最高者达180×10。粒。不同单株的平均单果种子数目为0~200多粒,最高者达310粒以上。相关分析表明,育性分级与花粉数目的r=0.82,花粉数目与种子数目的r=0.81,育性分级与种子数目的r-0.86。
CMS line 77013A in sweet pepper was tested with the DH plants developed from F_1 (Yolo wonder×perennial) treated by anther culture and doubling. To study the fertility restoration degree, pollen's fertility expressed with 0~5 scales,average pollen number per 2 flowers and average seeds per fruit were determined. Results indicated that among 118 DH tested plants, pollen fertility of two plants were in scale 0,seven in scale 0~1,nine in scale 1~2,30 in scale 2~3,53 in scale 3~4 and 4 plants in scale 4. Microscopic observation showed except a few examples, pollen number per 2 flowers was generally 90~130×10~3 and seed number per fruit was 0~more than 200. And correlation analysis indicated pollen's fertility scale was highly correlated respectively with pollen number(r=0.82) and seed number/fruit (r=0.86). Correlation between pollen number and seed number was r=0.81.
