摘要
产学研结合在新技术革命和产业结构调整中日益显现出其重要作用。通过对产学研基本特征、实现途径和几个注意把握的问题的分析 ,提出了立足培养生产、管理、服务一线人才的目标 ;探索和改革现有教育模式 ,建立政府、企业。
Combination of production, teaching and research has shown its great importance in the new technological revolution and industrial structure adjustment. By analyzing the essential features of production, teaching and research, their realizing ways and some related key problems, this article puts forward the objective of cultivating the talents equipped with the ability of production, management and service, and calls on people to probe into the existing educational patterns and make some reforms so as to build up the benign motive system on cultivating talents among government, enterprises and schools.
