摘要
油菜苗期喷施多效唑,可使苗高降低和分枝数增加,植株内源GAs类物质和IAA含量显著下降,ABA含量和乙烯释放量明显增加,ZRs类物质含量也有一定增加。外源GA_3能较好地逆转多效唑对生长的抑制作用,使株高增加,而且植株体内GAs类物质含量也相应提高。因此,多效唑不仅可调节油菜体内的GAs类物质含量,还可以通过调节内源IAA和ABA含量以及乙烯释放量来调控油莱生长,喷施多效唑能改善油菜经济性状,提高籽粒产量,而对菜籽品质无不良影响。
The foliar spraying of paclobutrazol (PP333) at rape seedling could reduce the plant height and increase the branch number,in the meantime endogenous GAs and IAA contents were significantly decreased, while endogenous ABA and ethylene release were obviously increased. A certain increment of endogenous ZRs was also observed. The retardation effect of PP333 could be reversed by exogenous GAs ,with the increase of plant height and endogenous GAs. Therefore, it was suggested that not only endogenous GAs,but also endogenous IAA,ABA and ethylene release were involved in the regulation of PP333 to the growth of rape plant. The yield components and seed yield were improved,and no adverse effect of PP333 on seed quality was observed.
